The key to success is as much about nutrition as it is about exercise.
I have experimented with many different diets (vegetarian, vegan, raw vegan, paleo, keto). I only mention the ones that I gave a serious try. I found pros and cons to each diet.
I came to the conclusion that there is no “one fits all” approach to diet, because we are each unique. However, there are several axioms that are beneficial to everybody.
Following these axioms will be essential to our transformation:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Eat nourishing foods.
3. Eat raw veggies with every meal.
4. Avoid junk food and soft drinks.
5. Don’t worry, be happy!
You will be amazed at how much better you are going to look and feel when you start exercising and eating healthy.
